Rooted in Jesus was first introduced to Namibia in 2016 through the non-denominational small group network supported by Dignity International, who arranged for it to be translated into the local language of Lozi.

The Anglican Diocese of Namibia held its first Rooted in Jesus conference in 2024, led by Bruce Woolley and Khetha Dube from Growing the Church, which is based in South Africa. The conference was held at Hodgos, Okahandja, and was attended by about 40 people.
